About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital
Product Manager to join the Cybersecurity Vulnerability Management
product team and own the alignment of the product vision and
roadmap and collaborate with the product team, product area team,
and delivery teams to experiment, discover, and deliver on the
product vision. -In this role, you will:Develop, evolve, and
communicate the product area vision, priorities and strategy while
managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Establish, communicate, and monitor product area goals, objectives,
key results, and performance indicators.
Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders
to communicate product vision, strategies, and priorities while
soliciting and incorporating feedback.
Turn product vision and voice of the consumer into actionable user
stories and technical requirements in line with the UX.Facilitate
frequent collaboration between customers, stakeholders, and teams
throughout the product lifecycle.
Actively own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly
understood product area backlog aligned to product area vision and
goals.Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts
across product teams.
Inspire and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Be consistently and actively present and in cadenced communication
with product leadership and product area team members.
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence
digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources,
and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs
across a functional area within the Digital environmentProvide
vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on
implementing innovative and significant digital business plans,
programs and initiatives which have significant impactStrategically
engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the
enterpriseServe as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired
Qualifications, US:7+ years of digital product management
experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
of the following: work experience, training, military experience,
educationPrevious Vulnerability Management experienceDesired
Qualifications:7+ years of experience with Agile practices and
frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, etc.
and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence and SharePoint3+
years experience in Vulnerability Management within a large
organizationExcellent communication (oral and written) with ability
to communicate and influence executives, senior leaders, Line of
Business stakeholders, other product owners, regulatory groups,
technology, business analysts, other internal partnersProven
ability to facilitate and drive prioritization discussionsProven
ability to be innovative and creative in meeting customer and
enterprise needsAbility to manage integrations across multiple
technology systems, operations, and/or processesStrong time
management skills including the ability to handle multiple
deliverables concurrentlyExcellent interpersonal skills with a
consumer-centric perspective to resolve conflicts and prioritize
outputCertifications as a Product Owner or Product ManagerAdvanced
Microsoft Office skills including PowerPointJob
Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work
a hybrid schedule in a listed location 3 days a week on-site/in
