Job Description:
Job OverviewAs Sr. Compensation Analyst you will have the
opportunity to oversee the full life cycle of Company positions to
include job analysis, job matching, job leveling, documentation,
creating and finalizing job descriptions, ensuring internal equity,
creating job codes and entering into HRIS system. If your
background includes solid experience in conducting analysis of
position and salary data, performance management and employee

Analyst"! As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will:
- Oversee the full life cycle of Company positions to include job
analysis, job matching, job leveling, documentation, creating and
finalizing job descriptions, ensuring internal equity, creating job
codes and entering into HRIS system(s)
- Participate in salary and budget surveys and analyze
results
- Perform internal and external research to identify compensation
trends in the market
- Maintain the employee performance management system
(Cornerstone); make recommendations for updates and
improvements
- Collaborate with Human Resources and ERP Analyst to ensure data
integrity, testing of system changes, system table maintenance,
troubleshoot issues, etc.
- Analyze Compensation Programs to ensure they are competitive,
balanced, and achieve desired behaviors and results
- Inform Talent Acquisition Department of newly created/approved
positions, current salary ranges and cost of living data
- Assist in the annual benchmarking and pay recommendation
processes for field and home office employees
- Review salary adjustments recommendations based on market
survey data
- Complete Compliance reporting to include EEO-1, DOL ARS, MWR,
and OES
- Assist in ensuring base pay competitiveness, cost of living
analysis, and salary range administration for all US positions
- Provide overall project management for assigned HR application
initiative(s)
- Advise end users on effective use of systems and general
software tools
- Stay current with compensation trends and company objectives,
keeping apprised of federal and multiple state, and local
compensation laws and regulations
- Assist in the development of communication materials, end user
procedures, guidelines, and documentationYou could be a great
addition as a Sr. Compensation Analyst, if you have:
- 5 or more years of experience in combination of Human Resources
functional areas especially compensation, payroll, performance
management and/or HRIS administration
- 3 or more years of data analysis, preferably in Human Resources
and/or Finance
- Human Resources Certification (SHRM, HRI, or CCP) a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making
skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative
data
- Ability to independently balance competing priorities/projects,
ability to maintain reoccurring and special project schedules and
meet all deadlines
- Ability to clearly and effectively present data analysis and
deliver executive-level presentations
- Experience with Enterprise HRIS systems, specifically Ultipro
from UKG and Cornerstone
- Experience with various reporting platforms including Cognos
Analytics
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
