-POSITION OVERVIEWAs the Director of Digital Marketing and Martech,
you will lead development and optimization of our enterprise
digital marketing ecosystem to help build our brand, generate
leads, and optimize the customer experience. You will work together
with marketers and IT across the company to continuously refine
digital roadmap including evaluation of our marketing technology
stack--considering existing and helping to implement new
tools/platforms to optimize efficiency, efficacy, and ROI. -This
role requires global thought leadership with a detailed
understanding of advanced digital marketing practices and customer
experience (e.g., content management, campaign management, website
management, personas, customer journeys, marketing automation, my
account, eCommerce) as well as the tools, systems, and underlying
data that enables them. You will be a key player in helping us
transform how we operate today to be a more digital-first,
customer-centric organization for the future. -This position is
based out of our corporate headquarters in Spartanburg, SC and
offers flexible mix of in-office and remote. - It reports to the
CMO and will be a part of the CMO's leadership team. This role has
direct reports and partners with a larger team of marketing and IT
partners to support key enterprise initiatives. -JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES--- - - - - - - - - - Strategy: Guide the vision
through staged execution of our digital marketing technology
strategy. Digitally-enable our brand and content owners to deliver
on our business objectives and support them in optimizing how they
use these tools to deliver an improved customer experience and
stronger results.--- - - - - - - - - - Marketing Technology:
Evaluate existing Martech tools, drive optimized usage of those
tools, and ensure they are integrated as needed with foundational
platforms--Sitecore DXP (Marketing), Salesforce CRM (Sales), and
SAP ERP (Finance). Help design, implement, and manage new marketing
technology solutions.--- - - - - - - - - -
Leadership/Collaboration: Work in harmony with marketing leaders
across the company, IT, and other key stakeholders; demonstrate
positive leadership with the ability to listen, collaborate, and
flex leadership style to build trust and consensus. - --- - - - - -
- - - - Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of existing
digital tools--website digital experience platform, marketing
automation, sales enablement, media monitoring, analytics, SEO, and
other tools. Define content management protocols and guide
marketers to help deliver successful digital marketing campaigns. -
Ensure backlog is prioritized and manage budgets for digital
marketing efforts.--- - - - - - - - - - Implementation: Partner
with IT to implement new technology including selection of tool and
3rd party partner if needed, blueprinting, development, testing,
and analysis. Current digital roadmap includes new marketing
automation, my account, and eCommerce platforms over the next 3-5
years.--- - - - - - - - - - Customer Experience (CX)/Insights:
Coordinate with CX Lead on personas and customer journey mapping
development to effectively identify key customer pain points and
key experience opportunities; use those insights to aid in
prioritization of digital initiatives.--- - - - - - - - - -
Governance: Lead the maintenance of a digital marketing playbook
with guidelines, best practices, and repeatable processes to
provide 'freedom within a framework' for marketers while ensuring
we don't have a proliferation of digital tools and that our
customer data is clean. Leverage playbook to continuously build
speed, quality, agility, and flexibility for the enterprise.--- - -
- - - - - - - Analytics: Leverage digital analytics tools to drive
continuous optimization, measure progress against KPI benchmarks
and targets, and report on key metrics to gain support for improved
performance.--- - - - - - - - - - Training: Provide support for
marketers across the organization on existing digital tools
including best practices, developing training on new digital tools,
and driving overall adoption of agile methodology. -QUALIFICATIONS
- REQUIRED--- - - - - - - - - - Subject matter expert with 10+
years of hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of digital
marketing and martech tools with measurable results --- - - - - - -
- - - 3+ years' experience managing others--- - - - - - - - - -
Bachelor's Degree required--- - - - - - - - - - Experience working
in a matrixed organization and shared service model--- - - - - - -
- - - "Big Picture" thinker with holistic, global, omni-channel
point of view and creative problem-solving ability even with
ambiguity; experience with China's Great Firewall challenges--- - -

current digital ecosystem vendors a plus--Sitecore, Salesforce,

- - - - Ability to clearly and succinctly 'tell a story' in either
day-to-day or senior management meetings; strong PowerPoint and

Agile methodology experience a plus
