Schedule: Full Time /n /n/n /n Shift: Days Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
/n /n/n /n Location:895 Howard Gap Road; Fletcher, NC 28732 /n /n/n
/n The role you’ll contribute: The Patient Resource Team is a
metrics-based inbound scheduling and clinical contact center for
physician offices. Our team is often the first contact for a new
patient and the ongoing connection to their provider for all their
health & wellness needs. The AdventHealth Mission and Service
Standards guide each call with the goal of personalized customer
service to achieve First Call Resolution. /n /n/n /n The value
you’ll bring to the team: /n /n/n /n · Answers inbound calls to the
physician practice clinical lines in a polite and professional
manner. /n /n/n /n · Assists callers with clinical tasks according
to established protocols. /n /n/n /n · Provides appropriate chart
documentation. /n /n/n /n · Collaborates well with Clinical Pod,
Scheduling Pod, and clinical staff. /n /n/n /n Qualifications /n /n
· High school graduate or equivalent required /n /n/n /n · 2 years
in-clinic experience as certified medical assistant. /n /n/n /n ·
Certified Medical Assistant /n /n/n /n This facility is an equal
