What: Support and lead portions of audit engagements, develop audit approaches, perform audit procedures, and mentor junior team members. When: This position is open now for immediate consideration. Salary: $71,345 to $119,300 depending on experience, skills, and location. Position Overview: We are seeking an Audit Senior for our Greenville office to support audit engagements, expand technical expertise, and mentor staff while working in a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with teams and clients to discuss engagement efficiencies and client-specific risks. ? Develop audit approaches used by engagement teams. ? Instruct, oversee, and support Audit & Assurance Staff throughout engagements. ? Expand technical knowledge by reviewing complex client transactions. ? Prepare and/or review financial statements. ? Complete general audit procedures, including coordinating closing communications, drafting client correspondence, and resolving open items. ? Research technical issues using online tools. ? Perform other duties as needed and assigned. Qualifications: ? 2 years of public accounting experience. ? Experience with Engagement software is a plus. ? Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; Master’s preferred. ? CPA certification or active progress toward CPA licensure. ? Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ? Acquisition accounting experience is a plus. ? Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
