Job Description:
Duration: 06 Months Job Description: Schedule: Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–1:30 PM Contract-to-Hire (Temp to
Perm) Interview: Virtual Seeking a Patient Services Rep III with
EPIC experience to support front-office administrative and patient
coordination functions. The ideal candidate will deliver
exceptional patient service while ensuring accurate registration,
scheduling, insurance, and billing procedures. This role requires a
strong understanding of EPIC and comfort working in a high-volume
medical office setting. Responsibilities: Patient Registration &
Check-In/Out Verify and update demographics and insurance info
Collect co-pays and balances Reconcile daily collections and
charges Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments accurately
Maintain provider calendar integrity Ensure follow-up and timely
access to care Billing & Charge Entry (EPIC) Resolve errors in work
queues (charge review, claim edits, denials, etc.) Coordinate with
coders and billing teams to ensure accurate claims submission
Administrative Support: Answer phones, handle documentation, and
maintain patient records Provide clear communication to patients
about wait times, billing, and care processes Round on patients to
ensure satisfaction Support an inclusive and welcoming environment
Actively participate in team meetings and improvement efforts
Familiarity with medical billing, insurance payors, and scheduling
workflows Excellent communication, problem-solving, and
organizational skills Basic medical terminology knowledge (can be
from coursework or hands-on experience) Must be adaptable,
respectful of diversity, and team-oriented Experience: Minimum 1
year experience in a medical office or clinic setting Skills:
Strong experience with EPIC EMR system Education: High School
