serve as a vital link between our administrative procurement
processes and our physical workspace operations in St. Louis. In
this role, you aren’t just behind a desk; you are the "engine" of
the team. You will drive the full procurement lifecycle and expense
management while also taking the wheel of a fleet vehicle to ensure
our three local sites are stocked, organized, and ready for
success. Whether you are managing complex purchase orders in SAP or
setting up a high-profile event space, your work ensures our
mission moves forward without a hitch. Qualifications Experience:
Prior success in procurement, office administration, or facilities
management. Education: BA/BS in science, business, or a related
field plus 2 years of professional experience is preferred.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Tools). Software Agility: Ability to
quickly master in-house tools such as SAP, Concur, SmartBuy, and
FrontDoor. Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s
license and be comfortable driving a company vehicle between local
sites. Note: A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check is required. Soft
Skills: strong analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills
with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Why

Responsibilities Procurement & Financial Coordination End-to-End
Procurement: Take full ownership of the procurement lifecycle, from
initial request to final purchase order closure, ensuring absolute
accuracy and compliance. Strategic Communication: Act as a liaison
for project leads, providing transparent timelines and fostering
collaborative relationships to ensure project success. Expense SME:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Concur expense management,
overseeing credit card processes and ensuring all reporting aligns
with organizational policy. Facilities & Fleet Management Site
Readiness: Order and replenish food stations, beverage coolers, and
office supplies while maintaining the professional standards of
offices, kitchens, and labs across three locations. Fleet
Oversight: Partner with the Facilities Manager to manage vehicle
reservations, maintenance, and readiness for the fleet. Logistics &
Events: Manage parcel distribution across all sites and lead the
physical setup of workspaces and meeting rooms for events.
Administrative Strategy Project Synergy: Partner with PMO
Coordinators to finalize documentation and procurement activities
for project closures. Operational Continuity: Serve as a proactive
backup for colleagues to maintain team momentum during peak demand
or absences. Skills Business operations Time Management
Organization Multi-tasking Microsoft Office (2 years of experience
