Position: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead landscape crews on grading, planting and hardscape installations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality project execution through the usage of internal crews and subcontractors. Responsibilities: Manage daily field operations and crew assignments Purchase and schedule materials, equipment, permits and safety requirements Provide on-site leadership throughout project phases Oversee subcontractors and implement change orders Maintain budgets and track job costs using Aspire software Communicate directly with clients throughout each project Coordinate fleet service and equipment maintenance with onsite mechanic Organize shop, yard and inventory to keep teams running efficiently Hire, train and coach new team members Track employee time, review GPS logs and update schedules regularly Requirements Proven experience managing field teams in landscape or construction setting Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Comfortable using landscape project management software (Aspire preferred) Clear, professional communicator with clients and crews Self-motivated, detail-oriented and team-focused with a growth mindset Valid Driver's License Compensation and Benefits: $80-85k Base Salary plus up to $20k performance Bonus Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Company sponsored health insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Ongoing training and career development opportunities If you are interested in this career opportunity, please respond to this job posting with a copy of your resume and we will be sure to reach out to you.
