Job Description:
JLL is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Building Engineer to
join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is essential for
ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability of
electrical systems in our managed properties. The ideal candidate
will oversee the maintenance, installation, and repair of
electrical systems in commercial buildings, contributing to JLLs
commitment to delivering excellent value and service to our
clients. Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical installations,
wiring, and fixtures. Ensure compliance with national and local
safety codes. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to
ensure holistic building maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve
issues with electrical systems and components. Advise on
improvements and optimizations of electrical systems. Manage and
maintain building lighting systems and emergency electrical
systems. Record and document all maintenance work. In-depth
knowledge of electrical systems in commercial buildings. Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication
and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in using tools and
technology required for electrical repairs and maintenance. Ability
to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed as a
Master Electrician. Certification in Electrical Safety
Compliance.
