Job Description Job Description Customer Service Associate – Dry Cleaners Automation Personnel Services is looking for a reliable, friendly Customer Service Associate to join our dry cleaning team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Pay Rate $12.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 7:30am to 3:00pm Monday – Friday Customer Service Associate Duties and Responsibilities Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service Checking in and checking out garments accurately Tagging, sorting, and organizing clothing Answering phones and responding to customer questions Handling cash, credit card transactions, and receipts Maintaining a clean and professional front counter area Customer Service Associate Qualifications and Requirements Friendly attitude and strong communication skills Dependable and punctual Attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required Job Type Full-time, temporary to permanent.
