Job Description:
Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the paint and coatings
industry, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist fluent
in Spanish to join our dynamic retail operations team. This role is
pivotal in providing outstanding customer service to our
Spanish-speaking clients and assisting them in their purchasing
decisions. You will be the face of Sherwin-Williams, ensuring all
customer interactions are handled with professionalism and a high
level of customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent
communication skills, a passion for service, and the ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment. Provide accurate and timely
assistance to customers in Spanish, addressing inquiries and
resolving issues. Process customer transactions and handle cash and
card payments. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sherwin-Williams
products and services. Assist in maintaining the visual and
operational standards of the store. Support promotional campaigns
and suggest additional products to meet customers’ needs. Document
all customer interactions in accordance with compliance and
training guidelines. Fluency in Spanish and English. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to operate relevant
computer systems and software. Experience in handling transactions
and cash register operations. Capability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

(e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)) is a
plus.
