Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A virtual,
school-based speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is
available supporting elementary and middle school students in a
full-time or part-time capacity. This flexible 1099-based contract
role requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week, with a
caseload of approximately 50 students. The position covers the
second semester with the potential for annual renewal. Key
Qualifications and Experience: Licensed or certified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with experience in pediatrics
Familiarity with elementary and middle school age groups Ability to
work effectively in a virtual, remote environment Strong
organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and
collaborate with school personnel Location: Remote role supporting
students in Blacksburg, VA Responsibilities: Deliver speech and
language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
during the academic semester Conduct assessments, develop treatment
plans, and track student progress Collaborate with educators and
families to support individualized student needs Maintain accurate
documentation aligned with school and state requirements Contract
