Summary
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting production operations in all aspects of
engineering functions, including design, specify and integrate
engineered solutions to receiving, production, shipping, and
warehouse operations. In addition, this position also requires
leading and directing technicians that support these functions. The
team is responsible for projects from inception through deployment
on new product and equipment implementation. It also includes
establishing work instructions, maintaining product BOM and
warehouse locators, design and layout of facility, data tracking,
root cause analysis, quality control, and ergonomic and safety
compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The

Supervisory Responsibilities
Work with vendors and maintenance technicians
Support engineering resources at sister facilities and partner with
engineering team at those facilities

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Skills
Mathematical Skills
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents,
logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply
mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution,
determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of
variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor
analysis.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw
valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete
variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
May be required to travel and be in possession of a valid personal

Salary Range
Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year
