Mosquito Control Manager / Lead Technician A1 Pest Control –
Lenoir, North Carolina $22 – $28 per hour depending on experience
A1 Pest Control is seeking an experienced Mosquito Control Manager
/ Lead Technician to lead and grow our mosquito and tick control
services in the Lenoir area. This is an excellent opportunity for
someone currently working in pest control, mosquito control, or
outdoor pest management who is ready to step into a leadership role
while remaining hands-on in the field. About A1 Pest Control A1
Pest Control has built a strong reputation for providing reliable,
high-quality pest management services to homeowners throughout
western North Carolina. Our mosquito and tick control program
continues to grow rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated
professional to help lead and expand this service. Responsibilities
• Perform mosquito and tick control treatments for residential
customers • Manage and oversee mosquito control service routes •
Train and supervise mosquito control technicians • Ensure
treatments are performed safely and effectively • Maintain
application equipment and service vehicles • Conduct quality
control inspections and ride-alongs • Assist with scheduling and
route efficiency • Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications • Experience in pest control, mosquito control, lawn
care, or outdoor spraying services preferred • Leadership or team
lead experience is a plus • Valid driver’s license with a clean
driving record • Ability to work outdoors during summer conditions
• Strong communication and organizational skills North Carolina
pest control license is preferred but not required. We can help the
right candidate obtain licensing. Compensation & Benefits • $22 –
