Identify damage and accurate repair method. Complete repair using correct hand tools, power tools, plasma cutter, or welder. Verify repair aligns with SOP requirements, referencing the appropriate drawing when required. Inspect repair for burrs or sharp edges and fix as needed. Support truck related projects and insure accurate documentation. Troubleshoot and perform simple repair on area equipment. General cleaning of equipment and area. What you'll bring High School or equivalent, 4yrs Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance experience or 4 yrs Military Maintenance and Repair experience. Verifiable welding experience/education is required. *MUST PERFORM HANDS ON WELDING TEST* Must perform TIG welding on stainless and aluminum components. The welding test and interview must be satisfactorily completed prior to the job being awarded. Perform all task required to repair or modify the Sterilizer truck fleet. Must follow all safety and GMP requirements. Welder, plasma cuter, grinder, hand tools, power drills, presses, clamps. Perform setup and prep repairs. Perform basic measurements and math. PIT daily checks, truck modification form. Gloves, safety glasses and welding helmets, ear protection. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $24.80, plus shift differential for off shifts. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
