    This position reports to the Director, Acquisition Marketing and is responsible for executing and optimizing customer acquisition marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels including Search, Display, Social, Affiliates, Email, and Direct Mail. We are looking for a self-motivated marketing manager, able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance and deadline-driven environment. The position will collaborate with the Director of Acquisition and VP of Marketing on the long-term customer acquisition strategy-from channel mix and audience segmentation, to funnel optimization and analytics. Strong knowledge of online and offline advertising platforms, growth best-practices, analytics tools, and market research are a must.

    • Work with Director of Acquisition Marketing to manage a multi-million-dollar acquisition budget to meet new customer and ROI goals
    • Manage a portfolio of marketing acquisition channels, including offline, digital, and search. Develop and execute flawlessly on Go-To-Market plans
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to plan and implement campaigns through all stages - including test design, plan development, execution, and ongoing optimization
    • Work cross-functionally to develop, implement, and execute acquisition campaigns across paid and owned media channels
    • Steward agency and partner relationships to develop highly relevant, on-strategy campaigns, track campaign execution and optimize campaign performance for continued growth
    • Champion a test-and-learn culture and build out testing process and road map to optimize performance and achieve customer acquisition goals
    • Effectively communicate acquisition channel strategies and work collaboratively with the Analytics team to analyze performance to ensure channel KPIs are being met/exceeded
    • Build processes to quickly identify shifts in performance and a plan for response
    • Develop a strong understanding of segment needs, behaviors, economics, and overall value proposition
    • Combine analytical skillset with a strategic mindset to identify key business opportunities to drive growth in customer acquisition
    • Study the competitive and external landscape to constantly stay abreast of marketing innovations, best practices and emerging technologies to improve performance as needed

      Accountability: Understand, adhere to and enforce all corporate policies including, but not limited to, Advance America's Creed, Code of Ethics and Information Security Policies.

      • Effectively communicate acquisition strategies and performance to the broader marketing team, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
      • Meet requirements of legal, compliance, and audit.
      • Maintain brand standards in messaging, tone, visual within each campaign.

        • 5+ years performance and acquisition marketing, including agency-side and in-house
        • Extraordinary problem-solving, business judgment, and analytical skills
        • Excellent writing, communication, and relationship-building skills
        • Strong track record of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel strategy
        • BS/MS degree in marketing, analytics or related fields
        • Financial industry, CRM and/or GDPR experience, a plus

          Physical Requirements: Sitting for long periods of time; standing occasionally; walking; bending; squatting; kneeling; pushing/pulling; reaching; twisting; frequent lifting of less than 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.; driving and having access during the workday to an insured and reliable transportation; typing; data entry; grasping; transferring items between hands and/or to another person or receptacle; use of office equipment to include computers; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any assigned location.
