We are looking for a visionary who will lead our East coast operations to offer our product suite through a best-in-class customer experience utilizing our storefront and online presence. This position is responsible for development and execution of the assigned Zone's business plans consistent with company goals and developing a field leadership team capable of executing and cascading the business plan throughout the Zone. Plans and directs all aspects of operational processes, objectives, and initiatives with integrity to ensure an optimal customer and employee experience, while complying with established standards and regulations. Build and foster a relationship with various corporate functions to provide operational perspective on strategy, objectives, and outcomes and to advocate for the tools (training, instructions, functionality, etc.) needed from corporate for operational success. Responsible for the attainment of short and long term financial and operational goals to ensure future growth. Provides leadership to respective Zone's Regional Directors of Operations (RDOs) and establishes a succession (talent) pipeline Job Responsibility Operations:

  • Adopt a best-in-class customer service strategy that fully utilizes the Company's servicing capabilities in both storefront and online and fosters new customer growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the Zone's Annual and Quarterly Performance Plans
  • Align Zone performance and outcomes with Company goals and strategy.
  • Manage financial goals of Zone. Use analytics to assess ways to improve financial, market position, real estate footprint, and customer outcomes. Includes consideration for both storefront and online channels.
  • Drive increased customer migration to online servicing capabilities as part of a best-in-class customer experience, while optimizing time and cost efficiencies in the operating model.
  • Ensure all Zone team members are trained--fully understand the customers' needs, our product suite and servicing capabilities--and otherwise well-equipped with the tools needed to deliver successful customer outcomes. Drive:
    • Ensure competitive market analysis and developed strategies are deployed to increase total market share and active customer accounts.
    • Meets with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets
    • Embrace marketing campaigns, tools, and strategies to drive new customer and reactivation growth.
    • Advocate for improved tools and products needed to deliver on successful customer outcomes and Zone performance plans. Job Responsibilities Cont. Leadership :
      • Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors
      • Establish succession pipeline of internal talent and partner with RDO to create development plans
      • Establish operating policies consistent with broad policies and objectives
      • Lead Field and Corporate change and improvement initiatives
      • Set direction for utilization of human capital within geographical area to maximize profitability and employee engagement. Provide direction for practices of Field Management (employee) management, such as recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating and terminations.
      • Establish and manage corporate relationships in a way that ensures the voice of operation is heard, understood, and considered for Company strategy, portfolio growth, customer journey, compliance controls, training, policies and procedures. Compliance
        • Understand, adhere to and enforce all corporate policies including, but not limited to, Advance America's Creed, Code of Ethics and Information Security Policies.
        • Work with Legal/Compliance Departments to ensure all federal, state and local laws are followed. Education Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience Required 5-10 years multiunit strategic leadership experience; strong problem solving, analytics, and creativity; working knowledge of developing leaders Knowledge Required Operational methodologies to deploy resources and obtain financial results; leadership ability to motivate and retain quality employees. Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to interact professionally, exhibit appropriate social skills and develop and maintain business relationships. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products. Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods of time; standing occasionally; walking; pushing/pulling; reaching; lifting up to 20 lbs.; typing; use of office equipment to include computers; ability to travel to, be physically present at, and complete the physical requirements of the position at any location. Compliance/Integrity Customer Centricity Interpersonal Skills Performance Plans Resilience Results/Accountability Working with Diverse Populations Travel 75%, of which one-week/month will be spent in the South Carolina corporate office. While this role will operate remotely it is required that the candidate resides in the East Region.
