    Position SummaryThe Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for all financial forecasting and planning for Purpose Financial and its family of brands. We work in a demanding environment; the ability to prioritize & handle multiple projects and meet deadlines is required. The successful candidate will be initiative-taking and thrive in a team-focused, highly communicative environment. This position will support our business partners across the organization by managing and directing team of analysts in evaluating expenses and capital investment across our business, representing the finance perspective in all cross-functional communications, and owning numerous components of annual & long-term planning as well as periodic forecasting.Job ResponsibilityAs a leader, is expected to be an expert on solving financial analysis problems and will be sought by senior management to take on assignments which are of a critical nature to the company. This individual is expected to provide coaching and mentorship to all teammates and be relied upon to own/oversee all communications and guidance to Operational and Senior Management including, but not limited to presentations, meetings, as well as any other verbal/written interactions.
    • Partners with Senior Management, field executives, peer leaders, and corporate staff to identify, evaluate, and drive business performance and improvement opportunities thru a combination of relevant/actionable insight, analysis, and reporting
    • Drives Analyst performance through defined roles and responsibilities while motivating and challenging employees to grow by effectively delegating, rewarding, and managing collaboratively and leading with integrity
      • Participates in short & long-term strategic planning sessions and collaborates on developing and enhancing financial processes and systemsJob Responsibilities Cont.

        • Demonstrates vision and advanced strategy for business development, including building and analyzing business plans, identifying and measuring KPIs, creating financial models and performing strategic analysis.
        • Oversees and provides direction for development and continuous improvement of financial models, processes, business cases, and various ad hoc analyses
        • Facilitate and engrain consistent and effective communication between key business partners and the FP&A team thru consistent business partnership
        • Responsible for driving/completion of special projects, ad-hoc requests, what-if analyses, and other duties as assigned.
        • Development of 'next-level' skills including strategic planning, new business development, leadership, and workforce prioritization

Relevant master's degrees and MBA preferred.Experience Required5+ years of related experience including progressive increase to supervisory responsibilities in a team-focused environment.Knowledge RequiredExcellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. (Our team routinely uses Excel, Tableau, SAS/SQL, & SAP.) Ability to develop and foster mutually beneficial business relationships with a customer-service focus.           • Querying relational databases with SAS, SQL, or a similar language
