Job Description:

We are Actively looking for HR Manager to join their team. The qualified candidate will assume a leadership role and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including staff hiring and interviewing, benefits analysis and selection, FMLA and workers' comp administration, and enforcement of company policies and practices.Responsibilities:Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department.Oversee the daily workflow of the department.Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.Handle employee discipline and terminations in accordance with company policy.Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly regarding current and future talent needs, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.Review and analyze health insurance and other company benefits to ensure employee satisfaction.Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. May be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances, such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and conducting terminations.Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, especially for managerial, exempt, and professional roles. Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for open positions.Analyze compensation and benefits trends, and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.Create learning and development programs and initiatives that offer internal growth opportunities for employees.Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.Perform other duties as assigned.About you:Display analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them appropriately.Act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Possess a thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience with family-owned businesses, multiple locations in a region, and retail and/or convenience stores is a plus.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (Preferred).Apply for your immediate consideration!
