As Data Management Analyst, You would:

Collaborate closely with business partners to understand their data requirements within various cybersecurity domains, including Vulnerability Management, Application SDLC, SIEM, Threat Detection and Hunting, Access Management, GRC, EDR, and Cloud Security.
Identify and establish connections to relevant data sources that address the defined business needs.
Analyze extracted data and present clear, understandable insights to business owners for validation and sign-off.
Once data requirements are approved, work in close collaboration with development teams to onboard the identified data into our central big data system.
Apply your comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and security technologies (such as Firewalls, Proxies, IDS/IPS) to ensure the secure and accurate integration of data.
Utilize tools like Jupyter Notebook for data exploration, analysis, and preliminary data manipulation.
Work with cloud-based technologies and apply your knowledge of cloud security best practices, with a preference for experience in Google Cloud Platform.
Potentially leverage scripting languages, particularly Python, to automate data manipulation and onboarding tasks.
Utilize your familiarity with Splunk to facilitate data analysis and integration within our cybersecurity ecosystem.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of thorough documentation detailing data onboarding processes, data flows, and system configurations.
Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in both cybersecurity and data analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve any connectivity or data integration issues that may arise during the onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have:Background and demonstrable experience in the Cybersecurity domain, with a strong grasp of several of the following areas: Vulnerability Management, Application Security (SDLC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Threat Detection and Hunting, Access Management, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Cloud Security, Security Technical Controls (Firewalls, Proxies, IDS/IPS)
Ability to analyze data and translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
Experience with data onboarding methodologies and a solid understanding of data integration principles.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language, with a strong preference for Python.
Experience working with cloud-based technologies; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a significant plus.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
Familiarity with big data systems and concepts.
Experience with security analytics platforms like Splunk is desirable.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valuable member of a team.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $60 to $65 per hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
