Job Description A Primary Care Physician is needed in Spartanburg, SC to provide compassionate and affordable healthcare to patients of the community. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors and shopping centers just outside your door. Details: --- Full-time, permanent position --- FQHC setting --- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm --- Patient volume: 15 plus --- 100% outpatient --- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury --- Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients condition --- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results --- Monitor patients conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary --- Consult with physicians and other members of the health care team as necessary
