• CST (Certified Surgical Tech) - NBSTSA National Cert or Affidavit from facility - No state license required
• ARRT National Cert and State License
• ARDMS National Cert - No state license required
• NBRC National Cert and State License
• AMT or AMAA Verification
• ASCP National Cert - No state license required
• NBCOT National Cert and State License
• HSPA or CBSPD National Cert - No state license required
• ART National Cert - No State license required
• ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI National Cert - No State license required
