White Oak of North Grove is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Leadership Team! We are looking to fill the following opportunity in our beautiful state of the art 132-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located at 290 North Grove Park Dr., Spartanburg, SC.Full-time- First Shift RN Supervisor- Monday- FridayThe RN Supervisor assesses resident care needs and implements appropriate action. Implements nursing policies and procedures. Supervises the quality of nursing care provided to patients/residents.We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package! The Shift Supervisor desires to build on the employee engagement and excels in being part of the weekend/weekday team to encourage collaborative teamwork.Qualifications include a current RN license, excellent communication and leadership skills.
