GHR Healthcare is hiring a *Physical Therapist *to work at an excellent CCRC in Columbus, North Carolina.

*Position can either be full time or part time*

*About the Facility: *

Staff consists of: 2FT PT's, 1 FT PTA

85% of caseload is going to be outpatient (independent living residents). Deconditioning, someone who had fall, or joint replacement.

Very small amount of skilled (35 census)/ALF (30 census) nursing services provided.

_*This is 13-week contract with the intent to extend or direct placement. *_

*Local pay range: $74,000 - $112,000 based upon experience. *

*Requirements:*
* NC Physical Therapist License
* BLS through American Heart Association
