Relies on experience, knowledge, and judgment to provide services with limited supervision and direction.Education and/or Experience:Must be licensed by the North Carolina Nursing Board as a Registered NurseMust be certified at the national level by American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse PractitionerBe familiar with standards of practice for position and NC Medicaid Board as a Nurse Practitioner.Preferred 3 years experience working in behavioral health care.The Nurse Practitioner must complete a minimum of twenty (20) hours of training specific to the required components of the service definition including crisis response within the first 90 days of employment.For employees providing MCM, a minimum of one years experience in providing crisis management services in the following settings: assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency department or other service providing 24/7 response in emergent or urgent situations.Valid drivers license (this is a condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage.The following are conditions of employment: CPR, first aid, NCI certification and others that may be specified and/or required by future company regulations.
