  • Main Campus: 483 beds
  • North Campus: 124 beds
  • Location: Albany, GA (strict 75-mile radius rule - locals not eligible) Contract Details:
    • Unit: Labor Pool - Med Surg/Tele
    • Start: ASAP (interview with Medical Solutions RN only - no second interview)
    • Duration: 13 weeks
    • Shifts: 12-hour (6:45 start), Days or Nights
    • Weekends: Every other
    • Holidays: Rotate with staff
    • Call: Low census/on-call rotation
    • Float: Yes - must be flexible to float between Med Surg, Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care & JFW
    • Orientation: Unit-specific provided Pay Package:
      • Competitive rates + housing/meals stipend
      • Fast submission & offer turnaround (within 20 minutes post-interview) Minimum Requirements:
        • Experience:
          • 2 years + 1 prior travel assignment
            OR
          • 4 years total experience (no travel required)
          • Certifications:
            • BLS (All units)
            • ACLS, ASLS, NIHSS (ICU/ED)
            • ASLS or NIHSS (Med Surg)
            • EMR: Meditech
            • Scrubs: Caribbean Blue
            • License: Active GA RN or Compact License Patient Ratios & Support:
              • RN: 1:6 typical
              • CNA Support: 1:8-1:10
              • Sitters available
              • Charge nurse on each unit
              • Telemetry monitored separately
              • BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm; no vents
              • OB/Neonatologist in-house
              • RT & Pharmacy 24/7
              • No IV team, but PICC support available Minimum Requirements:
                
                Experience:2 years + 1 prior travel assignment
                OR
                
                4 years total experience (no travel required)
                
                Certifications:BLS (All units)
                
                ACLS, ASLS, NIHSS (ICU/ED)
                
                ASLS or NIHSS (Med Surg)
                
                EMR: Meditech
                
                Scrubs: Caribbean Blue
