Description: This facility is a renowned healthcare provider

achievements in patient safety and nursing excellence. The facility
serves as a regional referral center with specialized care services
available. The telemetry unit consists of a mixture of experienced
staff, providing comprehensive medical care. This unit includes a
designated charge nurse and a set number of RNs and CNAs on each
shift. The patient-to-nurse ratio during the day is maintained for
optimal patient safety and care. Staff is expected to perform
typical medical procedures such as administering IV fluids and
medications. Nurses should collaborate efficiently with other team
members and assist as needed. Compliance with unit policies and
guidelines is essential. Attendance at regular huddles is required
for effective communication. Weekend shifts are a necessary part of
the scheduling requirements.
