qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Jefferson, North Carolina, 28640!
Pay Information $2,566 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2
years License: NC or Compact license Certifications: ACLS, NRP,
BCLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience - Fetal Heart
Monitoring skills - Strong experience preferred due to autonomy
needed Description: The position is located in a Labor and Delivery
unit. The candidate will assist with both mother and baby care. The
unit typically handles approximately 100 births annually. It is not
a very busy department but does experience higher acuity and
high-risk cases. Candidates should possess strong experience as
autonomy is crucial in this small department. Ratios in the unit
are 1:1 to 1:2. A float requirement exists to MedSurg, CNA,
secretary, and/or helping hands based on department needs. Weekend
requirements will be determined by departmental needs. Experience
with unit systems, including Centricity and Meditech Magic, is
beneficial. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable with
potential floating based on the job description. Travelers cannot
work more than 5 days in a row or exceed 60 hours in a week.
