Job Description:
Agape Care Group is seeking a dedicated Dietary Technician to
join our compassionate team, providing expert dietary services in
hospice and palliative care settings. In this role, you will work
closely with registered dietitians and healthcare staff to develop
and implement nutritional plans that enhance the comfort and health
of patients in their final stages of life. This position requires a
keen understanding of nutrition management and patient care, and it
offers a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the
lives of patients and their families during sensitive times. Assist
in the assessment of patient’s dietary needs and food preferences
Implement nutritional plans and provide dietary modifications
according to patient health conditions Monitor and document patient
food intake and progress Educate patients and families on
nutritional plans and dietary adjustments Liaise with healthcare
team to ensure comprehensive care delivery Ensure strict compliance
with health and safety regulations Strong knowledge of dietetics
and nutritional planning Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in dietary software and patient management
systems Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
