Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse: Deliver high-quality
nursing care in a fast-paced MedSurg/Telemetry setting Monitor and
interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding to
abnormalities Administer medications and follow treatment plans as
prescribed Collaborate with physicians, allied health
professionals, and support staff Maintain accurate documentation in
accordance with facility policies Educate patients and families on
ongoing care and discharge instructions Respond to emergencies
efficiently and calmly Promote a supportive and compassionate
environment for patients Requirements of the Travel Nurse: Active
North Carolina RN license or compact state eligibility Current BLS,
ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Minimum of 2 years' recent
