working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Hickory,
North Carolina, 28601! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN
Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a critical care unit
License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS; CCRN preferred
Must-Have Skills/Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of CVICU experience
after orientation completion Description: Responsible for providing
high-quality patient care in a critical care environment.
Experience with CABG, TAVR, STEMI, and carotid procedures is
preferred. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in a
high-pressure situation. Patient-to-nurse ratio typically 2:1 with
occasional 1:1 based on needs. Equipment utilized includes Impella,
IABP, and CRRT. Electronic Health Record (EHR) system used is
Cerner. Patient population primarily consists of adults and
geriatrics. Must adhere to professional dress code standards. 5
