Nurse, Orthopedics – North Carolina Start Date: November 24, 2025

to qualified applicants Schedule: Day or Night Shift available;
every other weekend required; 12-hour shifts Highlights: 32-bed
orthopedic unit within a Magnet-designated, Level II trauma
facility recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals Day shift
ratio: 5:1 (6:1 stretch); Night shift ratio: 6:1 (7:1 stretch)
Collaborative team environment with RNs, LPNs, PCTs, charge nurses,
and unit support staff EMR: Cerner Sign-on and relocation bonus
available for qualified candidates Exposure to diverse orthopedic
procedures including post-surgical care, wound management, and
mobility support Requirements: Active North Carolina RN license
required BLS certification required Hospital experience preferred
Orthopedic nursing experience preferred but not required Experience
with dressing changes, wound vac maintenance, Foley catheter and NG
