interpersonal skills Description: The IMCU/PCU/Stepdown Registered
Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and
implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per
shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff to whom
appropriate care is delegated. The nurse will support facility
leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing
care. Accountability for competency of clinical staff and resource
