Nurse (RN) – Western North Carolina Start Date: January 27, 2026
Location: Brevard, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to
qualified applicants, sign-on or relocation bonus available
Schedule: Weekend rotation required, 3 Monday and Friday shifts per
6-week schedule, holiday rotation per staffing matrix Highlights:
30-bed Acute Care unit utilizing a Team-Based Care model with daily
interdisciplinary rounds Patient ratios: Stepdown/ICU 2-4:1,
Med-Surg 5-6:1 with PCT support Diverse patient population across
all acuity levels from medical-surgical to intensive care Cerner
EMR system with modern equipment including IV pumps, wound vacs,
and Pyxis medication management Part of a healthcare system

Designation Supportive environment with experienced nursing team of
40 staff members Requirements: Current North Carolina RN license
BLS certification required; ACLS must be completed prior to end of
orientation Minimum 1 year medical-surgical experience preferred
ICU or Stepdown experience strongly preferred Proficiency with IV
starts, central venous lines, arterial lines, Foley catheters, EKG
monitoring, and wound care Ability to function in a fast-paced,
