Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Jefferson, NC Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,910 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Jefferson, North Carolina, 28640! Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery / Postpartum Nurse – North Carolina Start Date: March 2, 2026 Location: Jefferson, North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 or 48 hours per week Highlights: LDRP unit providing comprehensive mother and baby care in a single-room model Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 ensuring quality, individualized care Approximately 100 births annually with higher acuity and high-risk cases requiring strong clinical judgment Autonomous practice environment ideal for experienced nurses seeking professional growth 5-bed unit utilizing Centricity and Meditech Magic charting systems Weekend and floating requirements based on departmental needs Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery or LDRP experience required Current North Carolina or Compact State RN license (or in process) Active certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring, and AWHONN (Intermediate or Advanced) STABLE certification preferred Strong autonomous clinical skills and high-risk obstetric experience Flexibility to float to Med-Surg, CNA, secretary, or helping hands roles as needed First-time travelers accepted; local candidates welcome Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers experienced Labor & Delivery nurses the chance to utilize advanced skills in a high-acuity, low-volume setting where clinical autonomy and critical thinking are essential.
