Job Description Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cardiac Telemetry Location: Laurens County, South Carolina Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule Details Shift: Night Shift Shifts per Week: 3 Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Total Weekly Hours: 37.5 Shift Time: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to individuals requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, utilizing strong clinical judgment and telemetry interpretation skills. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients on a cardiac telemetry unit Continuously monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormalities Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams Respond promptly to emergency situations and changes in patient condition Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR) Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (compact or state license accepted, as applicable) Minimum 1–2 years of recent Cardiac Telemetry experience BLS certification (AHA required) For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732 791 4807
