achieving this vision.Summary:The Clinic Supervisor leads the
strategic and operational management of the Care Ring Clinic,
ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of medical services to
patients in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic
objectives. This role emphasizes operational excellence, process
improvement, and administrative leadership while maintaining
clinical expertise to provide backup support when needed. The
Supervisor drives organizational effectiveness through workflow
optimization, implementation of standard operating procedures,
quality improvement initiatives, and team leadership. With upcoming
expansions including Medicaid integration, the Supervisor will play
a critical role in adapting clinic operations to meet evolving
healthcare needs while maintaining the core mission of serving the
community. This position focuses primarily on administrative
functions, strategic planning, and systems optimization, with
clinical responsibilities limited to backup coverage during staff
absences or high-demand periods.Responsibility/Accountability

Optimization & Process Improvement:• Lead comprehensive workflow
analysis and redesign initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and
reduce waste• Develop, implement, and continuously update standard
operating procedures (SOPs) for all clinic operations• Map patient
journeys and clinical processes to identify bottlenecks,
redundancies, and opportunities for improvement• Implement Lean
healthcare methodologies and process improvement strategies to

indicators (KPIs) including patient wait times, appointment

Management:• Direct daily clinic operations including resource
allocation, staffing optimization, and schedule management• Oversee
patient flow management from registration through discharge to
