Job Description Job Description We are seeking to add a
well-trained Non-Invasive Cardiologist and an Interventional
Cardiologist to our Johnson City, Tennessee location. Nationally
recognized organization that delivers comprehensive cardiovascular
care for the 29-county service area we cover. We service all the
major facilities within Health System and have multiple regional
offices. Our forward-thinking organization consists of 55
leading-edge physicians and 60 advanced practice providers. who
specialize in all aspects of general and interventional cardiology
including s tructural heart and peripheral vascular disease,
electrophysiology, and cardiothoracic and vascular surgery . This
team consists of 10 cardiologists, 3 cardiothoracic surgeons and 3
vascular surgeons. The Johnson City group is core to the leadership
and overall function of the Heart Institute. The group is active in
advanced procedures, peripheral vascular interventions, structural
heart disease and advanced non-invasive imaging including CT, PET,
Nuclear and Echo . Hospital Details : 445-bed tertiary care
facility located in Johnson City, Tennessee. The hospital operates
a Level I Trauma Center and is a comprehensive, acute care teaching
hospital affiliated with East Tennessee State University. Medical
Center is a major medical referral center and offers a full range
of specialties and subspecialty care services, including a heart
hospital, cancer center, stroke and neuro-endovascular services,
neurosurgery, orthopedic services, outpatient imaging, vascular
care, advanced surgical services. 43-bed intensive care unit.
