Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a locum tenens position near Campobello,

Hospital-based practice Patient Demographic: 100% adult Current
Staff: 1 physician, 1 mid-level Support: The locum will supervise
other providers, including a PA Facilities: On-site labs and X-rays
EMR System: EPIC Responsibilities: The locum tenens Cardiothoracic
Surgeon will be responsible for providing 24-hour call coverage.
This role involves overseeing and performing various cardiothoracic
surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating
with other healthcare professionals to deliver the best possible
care. The locum will work closely with a physician assistant,
providing supervision and support as needed. Required Procedures:
General Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery Coronary Artery Bypass
Surgery - on pump Congenital Defects (preferred) Valvular Repair &
Replacement (preferred) Aneurysm Repair (Cardiac & Aorto-Thoracic -
preferred) Lung Resection (preferred) Chest Wall or Pleural
Procedures (preferred) Evaluation & Management of Acute
Volume/Blood Pressure Issues (preferred) Insertion of Central Line,
Arterial Line, PA Catheter, IABP (preferred) Qualifications: Board
Certified Thoracic Surgeon - REQUIRED Active South Carolina Medical
License & DEA - REQUIRED Clean Background - NO EXCEPTIONS This is a
