Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care, a leader in national dialysis care and
outpatient services, is actively seeking a Dialysis Clinical
Coordinator to oversee the clinical operations in one of our
specialized facilities. This role requires a dedicated healthcare
professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes in
dialysis treatment. The successful candidate will manage a team of
nurses and dialysis technicians, ensuring the delivery of
exceptional care while adhering to regulatory compliance and
enhancing operational efficiencies. This is an invaluable
opportunity to contribute to a supportive environment focused on
patient-centric care. Supervise daily operations of the dialysis
center, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and
policies. Manage and train a team of nurses and dialysis
technicians. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to
treatment protocols. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to improve patient outcomes and operational
efficiency. Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure resources
are adequately maintained. Handle administrative duties such as
records keeping and compliance documentation. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in the use of medical software and dialysis
machines Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive
work environment Knowledge of dialysis treatment protocols and
