HCA Healthcare is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Surgical Tech to join our team, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and facilities to support surgeries across our expansive network. This position involves preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, and assisting medical professionals during surgeries. A Surgical Tech at HCA Healthcare not only impacts the lives of patients directly but also becomes part of a committed team aimed at providing exceptional health services. This roles demands precision, excellent communication skills, and a firm commitment to maintaining a sterile surgical environment. Prepare and maintain the operating room environment for surgeries. Ensure all necessary equipment and surgical tools are sterile and arranged correctly before each procedure. Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Operate sterilizers, lights, or suction machines, and help with diagnostics. Keep accurate documentation and maintain surgical services administrative records. Adhere strictly to safety and infection control standards. Proficiency in sterilizing and preparing surgical equipment Strong understanding of surgical operation protocols Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to react quickly and efficiently in high-stress environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred but not mandatory.
