high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the
direction of a Physical Therapist - Carry out established plans of
care and progress patients safely and effectively - Monitor patient
response to treatment and communicate changes to the supervising
Physical Therapist - Provide patient and family education on home
exercise programs and functional activities - Document treatments
