Job Description Full-time pediatric ophthalmologist with strong
leadership and collaborative skills Mission-driven opportunity to
advance pediatric ophthalmology within an academic setting Key role
in developing and expanding a growing pediatric ophthalmology
program Opportunity to shape and support a new academic division
with an emphasis on education and clinical care Tertiary referral
setting with a high volume of complex ophthalmic cases Active
recruitment across ophthalmology subspecialties to support
continued program growth Newly approved ophthalmology residency
program launching summer 2026 Requires completion of U.S. residency
or fellowship training Responsibilities include clinical practice,
teaching, leadership in program development, and rotating call
coverage Employment within an academic health system with
opportunities for academic appointment Modern facilities with
advanced technology and comprehensive pediatric specialty support
Research participation and leadership opportunities available
