Job Description TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a well-established and growing Maternal Fetal Medicine division in Greenville, North Carolina. This opportunity is ideal for physicians who are board certified or board eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine. This position offers a balanced weekday schedule, robust subspecialty collaboration, and a strong referral network serving a large regional population. Practice Details Full-time Maternal Fetal Medicine position Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Large, established MFM division with multiple board-certified subspecialists Multidisciplinary collaboration including OB/GYN subspecialties, midwives, sonographers, and genetic counselors Regional referral base covering a 29-county service area Clinical Scope Outpatient and inpatient consultation services Antenatal diagnosis with over 10,000 ultrasound studies annually High-risk pregnancy management with approximately 9,000 outpatient visits per year Pre-conception counseling Full spectrum of fetal diagnostic procedures including amniocentesis, CVS, and PUBS Advanced fetal therapy services including intrauterine transfusions and treatment for twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome Opportunities for clinical research and academic collaboration Program Highlights Nearly 4,000 annual deliveries Approximately 350 maternal transports per year Level IV NICU and comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support State-of-the-art ultrasound imaging systems and digital image storage Strong infrastructure supporting high-acuity maternal care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with incentive opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including: CME allowance Paid time off and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice coverage with tail Retirement plans with employer contribution Relocation assistance Eligibility for sign-on bonus, loan repayment programs, income guarantees, and fellowship commitment stipends Location Greenville, North Carolina offers an excellent quality of life with an affordable cost of living, mild climate, and easy access to both the North Carolina coast and major metropolitan areas.
