Practitioner (PMHNP) Metta Vita Health – Fort Mill, SC Hybrid:

patients and clinicians. We are expanding our team and seeking a
PMHNP who is excited to deliver premium, personalized care, grow

insurance provided Hybrid Flexibility Hybrid schedule with
in-office time each week (may rotate based on onboarding/training
phase) Remaining schedule via telehealth Designed to support real
work-life balance Schedule & Hours 25–40 hours/week , based on
clinician availability, readiness, and clinic needs Preferred
schedule: 4–4.5 days/week Preferred minimum availability: ~32
hours/week once fully onboarded During onboarding, the schedule
includes a protected training/clinical development day each week
(therapy training, supervision, documentation improvement, skills
development, and care coordination) Priority will be given to
candidates available 32–40 hours/week and open to a 4–4.5 day
schedule. Compensation, Performance & Benefits (W-2 Employment, not
1099) Competitive hourly compensation ($50–$75/hour) based on
experience and role track Structured onboarding ramp for new
graduates/early-career PMHNPs ; compensation during onboarding may
differ from the post-ramp rate Benefits begin after 90 days (per

family-centered programs and assessment pathways (As available)

PMHNPs welcome New graduates / early-career PMHNPs considered with
strong clinical judgment, coachability, and commitment to
structured training Strong Preference: Child / Adolescent /
Families Strong preference for candidates genuinely interested in
working with children, adolescents, and families Child/adolescent
psychiatry experience and/or pediatric/adolescent RN background is
a huge plus Comfortable collaborating with therapists and
integrating skills-based approaches into care is highly valued
Integrated Psychiatry Therapy (Encouraged / Expected Growth Area)
Metta Vita Health provides therapy services, including family
therapy , and we value PMHNPs who are interested in developing
therapy skills as part of care. While this role includes
psychiatric evaluation and medication management, providing
therapy—especially with children, adolescents, and families —is
strongly encouraged and will be supported through onboarding,
supervision, and skills coaching. PMHNPs in this role may: Provide
individual therapy , caregiver sessions , and family sessions when
clinically indicated Use evidence-based approaches aligned with
clinic standards (CBT/DBT-informed, skills-based, family-systems
interventions) Collaborate closely with the therapy team for
coordinated treatment planning Participate in structured
supervision and skill-building, especially during onboarding/new
grad ramp Applicants seeking a strictly medication-management-only

You’ll Do Conduct 2-hour comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Provide outpatient follow-ups with thoughtful medication management
Collaborate closely with PMHNPs, therapists (including family
therapy), coaches, and functional medicine providers Participate in
bi-monthly or monthly staffing meetings for connection and clinical
support Integrate pharmacogenomics, labs, QB Check, neurofeedback,
and other tools into treatment plans Use AI scribe and admin
support to protect your time Deliver inclusive, strengths-based,
developmentally informed care to children, adolescents, and adults
Support coordinated, whole-person plans that integrate therapy,
coaching, and integrative care pathways Grow alongside a practice
