Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join
our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team, delivering
high-quality care at our state-of-the-art facilities. As a MICU
Registered Nurse, you will provide critical care to patients with a
variety of medical conditions while working in a dynamic and
supportive environment focused on patient-centered care. This role
demands a high level of professionalism, compassion, and a
commitment to the healthcare excellence for which HCA Healthcare is
renowned. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
in a MICU setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Participate in the
development and implementation of patient management plans,
communicating with patients and their families about the state of
their health and treatment plans. Administer medications, monitor
vital signs, and assist with daily life functions to maximize the
patient's quality of life in the MICU. Document patients' health
conditions and treatment plans accurately and efficiently, ensuring
compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Expertise in MICU or critical care nursing Ability to function in a
high stress environment Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems
Critical thinking and problem solving skills Medical Insurance

Nurse (RN) licensed Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) is preferable but not
required
