HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in emergency care to join our Free Standing Emergency Department team. In this dynamic role, the RN will provide essential medical treatment, personalized patient care, and coordinate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes at our advanced, fully-equipped emergency facilities. Deliver comprehensive emergency care and lifesaving interventions to patients. Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate medical treatments. Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care delivery. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Educate patients and families on management of illnesses and injury prevention. Strong clinical skills in emergency care Proficiency in using emergency medical equipment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment High level of critical thinking and decision-making skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
