implement nursing care for renal patients in accordance with
physician orders. Monitor patient condition, respond to changes in
status, and initiate interventions as necessary. Educate patients
and families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and
other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive
care. Participate in continuous quality improvement projects to
enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. Document all patient
care services and collaborate with team members to facilitate a
cohesive treatment plan. Expertise in renal and med-surg nursing
care Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Proficiency in
using EMR systems Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS certification Preferably
certified in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CMSRN) or Certified
Nephrology Nurse (CNN)
