Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. This role is
pivotal in providing top-notch patient care and support within our
rehabilitation facility, each day bringing new challenges and
opportunities to help improve the lives of our patients. You will
work in a dynamic environment where every healthcare professional
is driven by a shared goal: to make a significant impact on the
lives and health of our patients. Assess patient health problems
and needs, developing nursing care plans and maintaining medical
records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled
patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease
prevention. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to
share expertise and knowledge. Monitor, record, and report symptoms
and changes in patients' conditions. Operate and monitor medical
equipment. Handle patient follow-up and rehabilitation. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record
systems Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Compassion and
patience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification Certified Rehabilitation Registered
Nurse (CRRN) preferred
