Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites compassionate and dedicated nursing
professionals to join our NICU team. As a Registered Nurse
specialized in Neonatal Intensive Care, you will provide critical
care to premature and sick newborns. Working alongside a team of
skilled healthcare professionals, you will utilize the latest
technology within our state-of-the-art facilities to ensure the
health and development of these delicate patients. Your role is
pivotal in supporting the hospital's mission to care for and
improve human life. Assess, plan, and implement neonatal nursing
care plans in a timely manner. Communicate with physicians and
multidisciplinary team members. Monitor and adjust specialized
equipment used on patients. Perform neonatal resuscitation and
stabilization. Educate and support parents about newborn care.
Advanced knowledge of neonatal care standards and protocols.
Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and nursing care. Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Certified Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (CNC) preferred.
